Bolted column connections for ease of design, speed of erection, and safety – System Components

Bolted column connections create strong connections between columns, walls, and beams. The connections transfer loads already in the erection stage.

Column–Foundation and Column–Column Connections

Column connections are used to create strong connections between precast concrete columns and foundations or between columns. As they resist loads during assembly, temporary bracing is not needed.

HPKM^® Column Shoe

HPKM^® Column Shoes are connecting items which provide fast and safe connections between precast concrete columns and foundations, or between precast concrete columns. It is a widely approved product for various types of precast columns.

HPM^® Rebar Anchor Bolt

HPM^® Rebar Anchor Bolts are used to anchor concrete or steel structures and machinery into concrete base structures. The product range is suitable for moderate loading conditions. This multipurpose anchor bolt is widely approved and adopted.

PPM^® High-Strength Anchor Bolt

BECO^® Beam Shoes create effective, moment-resisting bolted connections between precast concrete columns and precast concrete beams. They are used together with COPRA^® Anchoring Couplers. The wide product range is suitable for most loading conditions from light to heavy.

COPRA^® Anchoring Coupler

Multi-purpose anchoring system for all bolted connections. COPRA^® Anchoring Couplers are mainly used with HPKM^® Column Shoes, PEC^® Column Shoes or BECO^® Beam Shoes. The product range is suitable for moderate and heavy-duty loading conditions.

Wall–Foundation and Wall–Wall connections

Bolted wall connections create stiffening structures between foundations and walls and between walls. Their applications include core walls and elevator shafts.
