Next to Hyllie station in Malmö, an office property is being built with a strong focus on well-being and the environment. The property consists of four different buildings with different facades, each of which represents the Öresund region and Skåne. The building will be certified according to both Miljöbyggnad Guld, WELL and NollCO2.

Kvartetten, which will consist of open and bright office space, also has a bicycle lounge and a parking garage in the basement. In the building there will be a new and modern restaurant with outdoor seating. At the top there is access to a large roof terrace. Throughout in Kvartetten, you will be able to clearly reflect a modern architecture with good environmental choices and modern amenities that create well-being.

The frame of the project consists of the DELTABEAM® Green Slim Floor Structure. The new innovative and environmentally friendly design of DELTABEAM® Green contributes to reduced CO2 emissions by up to 50%. 90% of the manufacturing material in DELTABEAM® Green is made of recycled material. Renewable energy is used in production and the beams are transported by transport that runs on biodiesel or in other environmentally compensated fuel.

At the base of Kvartetten, Peikko's CE-marked WELDA® and WELDA® Strong Anchor Plates have been used and to achieve secure connections of columns and walls, HPKM® Column Shoes and SUMO® Wall Shoes in combination with HPM® Rebar Anchor Bolts have been used. In order to be able to adapt the premises even after completion and moving into the house, modified PETRA® Slab Hanger have been installed to support slab openings and create openings and configurations in hollow-core floors. PETRA® is a unique technical solution, available in different models.
