SureBuilt continues Peikko’s Punching Reinforcement business in North America

Peikko signed an agreement for the sale of its DSA and ARMATA® Punching Reinforcement production in Pennsylvania, USA, to SureBuilt on June 20, 2022. The business has a healthy annual turnover of $2.5M USD and Peikko's team of 20 employees will continue working for SureBuilt.

Peikko North America continues to sell DELTABEAM® products in both USA and Canada. The current orderbook is the highest in the company’s history, some $15M USD, and the business outlook remains strong. In addition to DELTABEAM® products, Peikko continues to sell precast connections on a project basis.

“While we have had a record order volume for our Punching Reinforcement business in North America, Peikko was not the right partner for this product line. As part of their existing portfolio of products, SureBuilt is more capable of developing these operations further. We are thankful to have served so many great customers over the past years but now we need to concentrate our efforts on DELTABEAM®", says Topi Paananen, CEO of Peikko Group Corporation.
